As you all know, there are two sides to every story and a win might have concluded of a former loss.

We told you, that the story that we kept for months has a good ending, but as our hearts a aligned with yours, you should know the rest as well.

This year started with the shocking message that Jens and Thorsten will leave Utter Silence, to be able to focus on their musical career in Blodtåke and other musical projects.

We needed time to get over this as the time for this could not have been worse since we had to cancel six gigs in the first half of 2025 because of this.

Also some dark water had to run down this river, as we were in a very fragile situation at this time as a band in general.

But we are back on our feet, willing to work even more on our musical vision!

We thank Jens and Thorsten for their time in Utter Silence, for all the efforts they put into this band, for all the ideas they brought in and for the great moments we shared.

Farewell old friends, there will be stages to share in a not so distant future!

Important note:
We already completed our three guitars ensemble by adding Carola Kempe to our unholy triad and we are really happy with that descision!
